Amba: Embodied Movement for Women
This class is for you if you’re looking to:
- connect more deeply with your body
- un-crunch and soften
- heal your nervous system
- unwind patterns of gripping and tensing

Amba Method classes include breath, movement, and the replenishing body-based meditation: Deep Nourishment®
Class Information:
- Arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to arrive and settle in.
- Classes are capped at 12 women. Pre-registration is highly recommended
- Bring a sheepskin rug (faux or real) that’s large enough to lie down on *or* a yoga mat and a couple thick cozy blankets. An eye mask or Mindfold are also recommended but not required.
