Together we’ll make our way from tense, worn out, and overwhelmed to restored, softened, and grounded.

It’s common to think of rest as physically resting our bodies–lying down and watching a movie, taking a hot bath while scrolling on Instagram, or sitting on the patio with a glass of wine.

While there’s nothing wrong with doing any of the above, and I used to consider these to be rest, there’s another way.

It’s underneath the waves – our true nature, our essence, our God-Self.

We return to our daily life feeling refreshed, softened, clear-headed, re-organized and woven back together.

Set up

  • Virtual doors open 15 minutes prior to our workshop. We’ll begin promptly at 6 pm PT and doors will close at that time.
  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in and set up your space.
  • Set up in a comfortable, quiet space to lie down. You’ll want to be warm and in a space free from outside distractions.
  • Have a journal and pen on hand, and cozy items such as blankets and pillows, and an eye mask such as a mindful or scarf if you have one.
  • This is a guided journey. Please be sure you can stay for the whole session.
