Women’s Embodiment 101

Want to get started in the basics of connecting with your body, healing your nervous system, and feeling grounded in yourself through these uncertain times we’re living through?

Learn some of the most powerful practices for un-crunching your body, un-clenching your jaw, releasing patterns of tightening and gripping, and transforming anxiety and overwhelm into grounded peace. Feel softer and more vital. Discover a simple practice to feel instantly more at home in your body. Learn to breathe in a way that enlivens you when you’re tired, calms you when you’re frazzled, and soothes you when you’re tender. No more rushing around with shallow breathing and a gripped body full of stress.

These embodiment practices include breath, movement, sound, inner alchemy, and the inner mechanics of true rest. They are simple—and once you learn them, you realize that YOU are your own deepest medicine for self healing.

If you want tried and true tools for coming home to your body, restoring your connection to your inner most wisdom, and getting deeply nourished from within, this workshop is for you.

There’s no one size fits all movement practice. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and feel your breath and movement from within.

Rest and replenish

After a a breath and movement journey, we’ll go into the Deep Nourishment practice: A lying down body meditation that will replenish you to the depths.
