Drop the Food Struggle is a private, deeply supportive mentorship. It was born from Meghan overcoming her own personal 20+ year restrict-and-overeat struggle.
What she discovered along the way is that peace with food isn’t one quick tactic away. It’s not found in any protocol, cleanse, peptide, or macro split. All of these approaches leave out the most important part: The innate intelligence of your body.
So this isn’t a one step fix, as your patterns around food and your body run deep. They’re complex and multi-layered.
