Processing Old Trauma
Meghan’s taught me to use food as a touch point to understand my nervous system. To drawn close in to the parts of myself that have been left out and ignored. I’ve learned to use breath and movement to process deep trauma stored in tissues. Trauma that I’ve talked about plenty but that my body needed me to just feel and move through. The talking didn’t change a thing the breathing and moving did. And that changes everything.
The Most Transformative Experience
This has by far been the most transformative coaching I’ve participated in. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back in a way, simply because I am feeling more aliveness and more confidence in myself. Also, the freedom of not feeling like I’m trapped in front of the TV when I eat is amazing, too. Learning to Listen
The development of my inner voice, or The Queen, as I call her, has had a profound impact on my overall well-being. I am cultivating a warm, firm and loving inner guidance that I can call on when I need her. She looks out for me in a way no one ever has. As a naturopathic doctor, I know that the body has a truth – and The Embodiment Solution aligns us with the wisdom that is already present within our bodies. Truly Loving Myself
Every other approach to emotional eating focuses on the external, or trying to live by someone else’s answers. Meghan has shown me how to grow my Inner Leader to show up for myself. She’s taught me how to truly love myself and value myself. This program should be called “How Not To Self-Abandon Yourself”. I love how Meghan is always reminding us to find the answers from within. Most everything else focuses on doing something externally but Meghan shows us how the problem, and the solution, are all found within us, not in a magazine or a podcast or someone else’s journey. We don’t need to walk 10,000 steps a day to be successful in this journey, we just need to nourish ourselves, by breathing, and feeling, and moving our emotions through us like a river. – Liana F.
