Women’s Somatic Immersion in Petaluma

In this 3-hour mini-retreat for women, we’ll dive into practices that help us soften, feel at home in our bodies, ground into the earth, and deeply replenish our souls. Open to women of all ages and abilities, this retreat will feature embodied movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, and techniques designed to unwind and restore balance to the nervous system.
