As of late, as we head into the cozy season of the year and nights are longer, I’ve been doing 1-2 hour Deep Nourishment body dives almost nightly. This has been my go-to pre-dive beverage. I’ve been loving it for heart softening and dreamtime support . . . and because it’s insanely delicious.
Ingredients:
- Dried bulk Rose Petals. I like to get them from Mountain Rose Herbs.
- Dried (or fresh) mugwort leaves. You can grow it, or get from Mountain Rose Herbs or your local apothecary
- Coconut cream or raw dairy cream. Your choice – they’re both heavenly! As long as it’s pure and is just the 1 ingredient.
- Vanilla bean, straight from the bean, or extract. To taste.
- Sweetener of choice. I like local creamy honey. Maple and monk fruit are other good options! To taste.
- Tiny pinch of cinnamon
- Tiny pinch of Himalayan or Real Salt
- Optional: Collagen Peptides
To make:
- Boil water
- Brew 1-2 Tbsp Rose Petals + 1-2 Tbsp Mugwort in French press for 3-5 minutes
- Pour into your favorite mug
- Add other ingredients and blend with a hand frother
- To enjoy fully, breathe deeply down into your belly while sipping slowly. Expect to make sweet sounds of delight 🌸
